This black-and white dog was waiting patiently for its master outside the Woolworth's--directly opposite our hotel, where we bought all our take-home food.  Seemingly all dogs in Australia (except for the dingos which we saw only in the zoo) were amazingly well behaved "good dogs"--unlike a certain other dog of our own back home, the rambunctious Murphy (see Murphy's home page).
