The New Growth Arts Review is published every Spring. In order that we may present only the very best of the IUP artistic communities' work, we accept submissions throughout the year.

Submission can be made in hard copy or via the web, and details can be found at the links on this page.

The New Growth Arts review does not hold the rights to any submitted work, but we may wish to use your work to display on our website or in other promotional material.

We will not use your material without your express written permission.
