Fiction and Poetry Reading
- William Hallberg, novelist and
short story writer, and John Hoppenthaler, poet, will read from
their works and answer questions on Thursday, April 9, at 7:30 in
the Susquehanna Room of the HUB.

English Club Kick Off Meeting
- An organizational meeting is
scheduled for Monday, April 13th at 5:30 p.m. in Leo 3
- Matthew Ferrence is coordinating

APSCUF Dues Vote Increase Meeting
- April 14th Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5
p.m. in Wilson Hall Lobby and April 15th
Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Pierce Hall Lobby
Pizza and a Book Club Meeting
- Next book club meeting will be April 13th
Monday 5:00-6:30 p.m. (with free pizza)

(student-chosen book) available for 2 week checkout from Leonard 110

- Date: April 26th Sunday at 11:00 a.m.
- Location: HUB Ohio Room
Spring English Department Picnic
- Date: May 2nd beginning at 1 p.m.
- Location: local park TBA
- We'll provide an entre

- This retreat will focus on beginning
work on our 5 year departmental review
- Please build into your syllabi
alternative learning activities for this day so that you can be free to
attend this retreat
