Submission Guidelines
Submissions should strictly follow one of the
major documentation styles for the citation of sources: APA, Chicago, MLA,
etc.
Create a cover page that includes the title of the
project and the author or authors’ name(s) with e-mail address(es). This
should be double-spaced and centered. The cover page should be followed by
the 200 word abstract, body of text, endnotes, and the bibliography/works
cited in this order.
Use 1” margins and indent the first line of each
paragraph 5 spaces. Double-space throughout.
Proofread carefully. Submissions that contain numerous
errors in grammar or that fail to conform to one of the major documentation
styles will not be accepted. Ultimately, each author is responsible for the
quality of his or her work.
Use Times New Roman 12-point font. Authors utilizing
phonetic characters or non-Western alphabetic characters in their papers are
advised to contact the editorial staff.
Authors must submit an exact hard copy along
with an electronic copy on disk.
Copyright remains with the author(s).
Submissions should be limited to 20 pages, including
references. Lengthier works will only be accepted at the discretion of the
editors.
