Building Writing Communities

While Meeting Pennsylvania Standards and Other Curriculum Goals

 

A program for teachers who teach students, not subjects.

 

This program was originally presented as a mini-conference on the IUP campus. Since that workshop, SPWP has reworked the program and presented it for faculty at their schools. Talk with us about how we could bring Building Writing Communities to your school. See the links below for further information about the program. Costs would depend upon your program request.

 

 

Southcentral Pennsylvania Writing Project invites teams of 3-4 teachers per building to attend.

 

Date:    January 16, 2006

Time:    8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Place:   Eberly College of Business and Technology

               at Indiana University of Pennsylvania

Cost:    $100/teacher (lunch included)
